Funcionamiento
First, empty bottles are placed manually into the elevator hopper and conveyed to the unscrambler. Inside the main unit, bottles are oriented; any inverted bottles are righted by the inversion device, and correctly oriented bottles pass straight through. Bottles exiting the inversion device proceed directly onto the conveyor. The machine is PLC-controlled with frequency-conversion drive for adjustable speed.
