Funcionamiento
Container with double or triple layer screw agitator blades on horizontal forward/reverse ribbon spindle. Outer ribbon collects material from both sides toward the centre; inner ribbon conveys material from centre toward both sides — forming convective mixing. Operates near the critical rotational speed for efficient mixing.

After each use, remove and clean the rotating drum; clear remaining powder from the hopper. Store machine covered with a cloth canopy if not in use. Check bearings every 500 hours of cumulative operation; replace lubricating oil in the reducer after 200 hours and every 500 hours thereafter (use 42# mechanical oil). Machine must be reliably grounded.
