SED-100GZZ-X — Cylindrical Desiccant Filling and Capping Integrated Machine

Operator pours material into the vibratory hopper. The bottle-orientation vibratory disk arranges desiccant cylinder bodies and feeds them onto the conveyor; cylinders are halted by a pneumatic gate at the dispensing module for filling. The material-orientation vibratory disk arranges desiccant pellets and a track-mounted gating mechanism drops them in sequence into each cylinder. The cap-orientation vibratory disk arranges caps and the capping unit presses caps onto the filled cylinders. A vision/photoelectric detection station rejects missing-cap or crooked-cap products; passing units flow to the next process.
