Funcionamiento
Raw material is placed into the fluidised bed. Cold air enters through a three-stage pre-filtration system, is heated to the required temperature by an electric or steam heater, and then fluidises the material bed. Moisture evaporated from the material is drawn out by an exhaust fan. A differential-pressure sensor monitors the bag filter condition and displays it on the Siemens PLC touchscreen.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Raw material is placed into the fluidised bed.
2Cold air enters through a three-stage pre-filtration system, is heated to the required temperature by an electric or steam heater, and then fluidises the material bed.
