Funcionamiento
Tablet cores tumble in a sealed rotating drum (1-24 rpm) with diversion plates that produce smooth turnover and frequent exchange. Coating medium is sprayed automatically per recipe; filtered hot air (3-stage filtration to Class 100,000) enters from above and exhausts through bottom mesh under negative pressure, drying the medium quickly to form a firm, dense, smooth surface film. Inlet/outlet pneumatic valves prevent exhaust backflow when stopped.
Proceso de funcionamiento
