Funcionamiento
Roll-stock film is unwound by the paper-supply motor, threaded through the bag-forming collar (sized to the desired bag width) and pulled down by a stepping-motor pull-bag wheel. As the film descends, vertical heat-seal jaws close the longitudinal back seam. A screw-auger dosing head (driven by a separate stepper) meters powder into the formed tube. Horizontal heat-seal jaws then close the cross-seal while a cutter separates the filled sachet. Bag length is controlled by stepper pulse count (fixed-length mode) or by photoelectric eye detecting a colour-registration mark on pre-printed film (eye-mark mode). PID temperature control maintains jaw temperature within ±1 °C of setpoint across vertical and horizontal seals.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Power off before cleaning. Clean the counting plate, hopper, and dosing path between product runs to prevent moisture ingress and powder cross-contamination. Tighten all screws periodically. Replace reducer oil after first 40 hours of operation, then every 3 months (HL-20 or HL-50 gear oil for –5 °C to 50 °C; HL-30 or HL-50 for –40 °C). Lubricate gear and motion segments regularly. Clean electrical contact heads regularly. Protect against moisture and dust.
