Funcionamiento
Material enters the drying box from the feed port. Under the action of two 2.2 kW vibration motors, material is thrown forward in a horizontal trajectory, continuously advancing through the fluidised bed. Hot air passes upward through the perforated bed plate, exchanges heat and moisture with the wet material, and exits as humid exhaust air; the exhaust stream passes through a cyclone separator for dust removal before being discharged by the exhaust fan. Dry material exits at the discharge port.
Proceso de funcionamiento
