The SED-1000RSQ-A is a 1000-liter pressure-bearing commercial electric storage water heater rated 45 kW on 380V 3-phase 5-wire 50 Hz. The inner tank is full 2.5 mm 304 stainless steel; heating elements are 840 stainless

Funcionamiento
Cold water enters the pressure-bearing 304 SS inner tank via the G2 (DN50) inlet. Submerged 840 stainless heating elements (total 45 kW, 380V 3N~ 50Hz, 68.4 A) heat the stored water. A built-in leakage-protection device monitors the circuit and trips on fault (code E1). A temperature knob on the mechanical control panel sets target temperature (30-75°C). When the tank reaches set temperature the unit enters heat-retention mode; it reheats automatically when temperature drops ~5°C. A magnesium anode (M24) protects the inner tank from corrosion.

1Cold water enters the pressure-bearing 304 SS inner tank via the G2 (DN50) inlet.
2Submerged 840 stainless heating elements (total 45 kW, 380V 3N~ 50Hz, 68.4 A) heat the stored water.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Inspect leakage-protection trip weekly. Drain via G3/4 drain port and flush scale every 6 months (close inlet valve, open drain, flush sediment). Replace M24 magnesium anode annually. Clean filter screens and shower heads regularly to prevent blockage.
