Funcionamiento
Slurry is fed via DN50 feed pipe through a rotating distributor onto the inner wall of a 1000 mm 316L drum spinning at 1200 rpm; centrifugal force (max factor 806) drives the mother liquor through the filter cloth and out the DN100 bottom outlet. After cake formation and optional DN20 wash, a hydraulically driven scraper assembly discharges the cake into the 400 mm collection hopper. Nitrogen blanketing supports inerting. Four liquid elastic damping shock absorbers provide >95% vibration isolation.
Proceso de funcionamiento
