Funcionamiento
Bottles fall into the rotary disc and are oriented by the mechanical rectifier mechanism: inverted bottles are flipped 180° so all mouths face up; already-upright bottles pass through without interference. Outlet photoelectric sensor monitors the downstream conveyor; if a jam is detected, the disc motor stops automatically; when bottle count drops (no jam), the motor restarts automatically.
Proceso de funcionamiento
