Funcionamiento
Capsules enter the feeding wheel and are aligned single-file. The servo-driven inspection roller carries each capsule under multiple cameras: 12 cameras inspect the body shell (together covering full 360°) and 4 cameras inspect the dome (cap top). Direct camera view (no mirrors) means contamination on optics does not distort the image. Each defect is detected by image processing; rejected capsules are double-checked then ejected by compressed-air jet. A vacuum dust remover can be coupled at the infeed.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Capsules enter the feeding wheel and are aligned single-file.
2The servo-driven inspection roller carries each capsule under multiple cameras: 12 cameras inspect the body shell (together covering full 360°) and 4 cameras inspect the dome (cap top).
