Funcionamiento
1) Hopper: Powdered material falls by gravity into the die. 2) Die: Provides the mold cavity; lower punch forms the base. 3) Upper and lower punches: Operator turns hand-wheel; upper punch descends and compresses powder at up to 15 kN. Lower punch rises at end of stroke to eject the finished tablet. Fill depth and tablet thickness are independently adjustable.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Disassemble dies and punches between products to prevent cross-contamination. Wipe clean with appropriate solvent. Clean hopper with damp cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. After extended non-use, remove stamping die, clean all friction surfaces, apply rust-proof oil, and store die in oil.
