Funcionamiento
Dry, clean vials enter via a bottle-orientation tray and arrange in line on a track that feeds the main turntable. Vials are indexed around the turntable to the fill station where the fill head descends and the metering pump delivers liquid; the head rises after dosing. Filled vials advance to the stopper-insertion station (electromagnetic vibratory bowl feeds stoppers). Stoppered vials then advance to the three-knife rotary crimping head which applies and seals the aluminum crimp cap. Outfeed completes the cycle.
Proceso de funcionamiento
