Funcionamiento
Two-position lift-feed cycle. (1) Material is hand-loaded into the low feed bucket (≥100 L) — or the trough docks to a custom turnover bin. (2) Vibrating delivery trough conveys product from the bucket bottom into the transfer hopper (>2 L) at the loading station. (3) Optical/contact level sensor detects fill height and stops vibration. (4) Transfer hopper ascends the lifting column to the discharge station. (5) Discharge valve opens automatically; material flows by gravity through the discharge chute into the receiving hopper of the packaging machine. (6) Valve closes; hopper descends to reload. Cycle repeats continuously; low-bucket empty triggers alarm.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Two-position lift-feed cycle.
2(1) Material is hand-loaded into the low feed bucket (≥100 L) — or the trough docks to a custom turnover bin.
3(2) Vibrating delivery trough conveys product from the bucket bottom into the transfer hopper (>2 L) at the loading station.
4(3) Optical/contact level sensor detects fill height and stops vibration.
5(4) Transfer hopper ascends the lifting column to the discharge station.
6(5) Discharge valve opens automatically; material flows by gravity through the discharge chute into the receiving hopper of the packaging machine.
7(6) Valve closes; hopper descends to reload.
8Cycle repeats continuously; low-bucket empty triggers alarm.
