SED-0.25CM-J is a horizontal pure steam sterilisation cabinet with built-in steam generator and double-leaf motorised gas-seal doors, chamber 700 × 600 × 600 mm (0.25 m³). Inner liner 6 mm SUS316L welded; jacket 6 mm SUS
Funcionamiento
Saturated pure steam is used as the sterilisation medium. Pulsating-vacuum pre-treatment removes residual cold air ensuring uniform steam penetration and temperature distribution throughout the load. The jacket is pre-heated and dried by boiler steam. After the sterilisation holding phase, vacuum evacuation combined with jacket drying ensures the load exits dry.
