SED-ZXX-G — Inner-Bag Carton Packing Line

Flat cartons are erected and bottom-taped by the case erector; the inner-bag inserter grips, opens and folds an M-fold PE film bag into the carton with bag rim folded over the carton edge while a blower pushes the bag flush to the inner walls; product is dropped/loaded into the bagged carton; the bag-lifter sealer pulls and seals the bag mouth, tucks the excess into the carton, and the carton sealer closes and tapes the top before the line palletizes.
