Funktionsweise
A roll of lower web film is heated and vacuum/pressure-formed into product cavities. Product is loaded into the cavities. An upper web is laid over and the chamber is evacuated to ≤100–200 Pa before being heat-sealed. The sealed web is then trimmed to individual packs. Compressed air (≥0.6 MPa) drives forming; cooling water (1.5–3 bar) cools the sealing station. The waste-film takeup spool keeps the workspace clean.
