Funktionsweise
Air washer: rotary-disc clamp inverts bottles 180°; purified compressed air purges interior with simultaneous electrostatic dust removal and external suction. Filler: progressive guide-rail conveyor feeds bottles to a large-diameter slow-speed star wheel; 316L SS or peristaltic metering pumps track-fill each bottle; electromagnetic vibration cap sorter feeds caps; flexible three-blade rolling crimp heads or magnetic screw-cap heads seal each bottle. Eyedrop variant adds a 10-head vacuum plug-press station. Full PLC + touchscreen + variable-frequency drive; no-bottle-no-cap, no-bottle-no-crimp, no-bottle-no-label protection.
