SED-YTGX-S — Flüssigabfülllinie

Bottles are unboxed and conveyed into the SED-CXP-S vertical ultrasonic washer where ultrasonic + multi-needle alternating water/air rinsing (recycled water → purified water → compressed air → purified water → multiple compressed-air blasts) cleans inside and outside. A robotic gripper inverts the bottles for spray cleaning, then re-inverts and discharges. Bottles preheat / sterilize at up to 320°C / cool in the SED-RXG-S Class-100 laminar tunnel oven. Sterilized bottles transfer to the SED-18-24YTG-S where 18 fill needles dose ±1% (standard glass piston pumps; ceramic / metal / peristaltic optional), then 24 capping heads place + roll-on caps. Finally the SED-400WT-S labeler applies labels at 120–400 bpm with ≥99.9% pass rate.
