Funktionsweise
The test sample is injected into the microbial limit culture vessel. The instrument's built-in diaphragm pump creates negative-pressure suction, drawing liquid through the membrane and trapping micro-organisms on the filter surface. The membrane is then removed with a membrane-transfer tool, placed colony-side up on solid growth medium, covered to form a closed culture box, and incubated in a constant-temperature incubator for counting.
