SED-STX-N — Non-Standard 4-Station Face-to-Face Purged Glove Box - SED-STX-N

After samples are loaded through the side vacuum transition chamber, inert gas (argon or nitrogen) is purged into the sealed 304 stainless-steel box to displace oxygen and moisture. The side-mounted 1300x870x570 mm vacuum transition chamber uses a high-vacuum solenoid and Leybold D8C vacuum pump for automatic vacuum-cycle purging so the main box atmosphere is never broken. A micro-differential pressure sensor feeds a Siemens PLC that drives intake/exhaust valves to hold box pressure within +/-10 mbar of setpoint; auto-protect activates at +/-12 mbar. Inlet and outlet gas streams are filtered through 0.3 micron HEPA filters.
