Funktionsweise
Up to four pharmacopoeia capillary tubes (Ø1.4 / Ø1.0 mm × 90 mm) loaded with sample (3 mm packed height) are placed in the integrated platinum-RTD heated furnace. The furnace is ramped at a user-set linear rate (0.1–20°C/min) under PID + PWM control. A 720p HD camera and an adjustable-brightness photoelectric detector watch each capillary; software identifies the initial-melt and final-melt points from the captured video and brightness curve, presenting both numerical results and reviewable HD video.
