Funktionsweise
Products first enter the soaking tanks where a stainless plate-chain mesh belt conveys them through the soak. They are then transferred to the rinsing tank, which features bubble agitation (to prevent sticking) and a spray rinse system at the exit. Products are then loaded onto hanging frames on the carbon-steel chain conveyor and carried through the air-dry section (20–30 minutes), where 50 blower fans (2 fans per side per metre) dry the product surface. The entire line is variable-frequency controlled for adjustable belt speed.
