Product is loaded onto an inclined feed tray; a chain-bucket conveyor lifts it to a 6-head electronic combination scale that weighs 1–7 g doses; servo-driven roll-fed film (140 or 160 mm width) is formed into flat bags and welded by two intermittent ultrasonic horns; SK2 radius cutter separates each bag; counter outputs in groups.
