Funktionsweise

Raw bone material is broken and ground into paste → pulverizer grinds → twin-ribbon mixer adds water → screw conveyor feeds → bucket elevator delivers to extruder hopper → twin-screw extruder (steam from electric generator heats barrel and dual-shaft conditioner) extrudes and expands → rotary cutter sizes kibble → vibrating screen removes fines → cooling conveyor → high-pressure pneumatic conveyance → 12 m 7-layer electric dryer → automatic flavor spray / oil coating → elevator → 5 m 3-layer cooler → Z-elevator feeds quantitative bagging scale → 20–50 kg bag discharge.

Reinigung und Wartung

Mixer outlet: DN200 manual butterfly valve at 500 mm above floor for easy discharge. Mixer cover has 325 mm port with DN32 spray pipe for in-place water rinsing. Sealed bearings (PTFE extended seal) prevent powder/water leakage.
