Funktionsweise
The bottle feeder sorts containers via a rotary table and feeds them one-by-one onto the conveyor. The screw conveyor elevates powder to the double-head auger filler: a servo motor drives primary fill and supplementary fill for high-precision weighing (±1%). The four-wheel screw capper automatically lowers the cap during forward bottle movement; four capping wheels apply intelligent torque control to tighten the cap.
