SED-FDT-V is a custom fully-automatic single-side / corner-seal labeller designed for big-box corner sealing and labelling. A single label is wrapped across one face and around an adjacent corner of a carton — simultaneo
Funktionsweise
Cartons travel on a Delixi VFD-driven Oban worm-gear conveyor (conveyor height 870 mm). Two Panasonic photo-eyes detect carton presence and position. A SICK or Leuze photo-eye detects the label edge. A Leadshine stepper motor and driver feed the label off the reel; a top-press Leadshine stepper holds the carton steady. A Star/Sofy pneumatic cylinder drives the wrap-down arm to lay the label across one face and around the adjacent corner, sealing the box flap. Honeywell relay/circuit breaker and Chint fuse bases run the safety chain. Panasonic PLC + 7-inch Wecon color HMI orchestrate the whole labelling sequence.

Daily wipe-down of conveyor, carton guides, labelling head, peel plate, traction roller, and sponge/brush wrap-down arm with a clean dry cloth; remove residual adhesive from peel edge and wrap-down sponge.
