Funktionsweise
Bottles arrive on a Holip VFD-driven Anshuo conveyor; an Oban speed-controlled separator indexes one bottle at a time. SICK photo-eyes detect bottle position and label edge. A Leadshine stepper-driven label feeder peels each label and feeds it onto the bottle. Two labelling heads can apply two labels (e.g. front and back) or one wrap-around label. A brush + sponge wrap-down mechanism presses the label and removes air bubbles. Two Leadshine guide stepper motors steer label tracking. Panasonic PLC + 7-inch Samkoon color HMI manage recipes and live production counters.
