Funktionsweise

PLC controls a servo-driven feeder belt that pulls the bottom (or top) sheet from a stack. Vacuum suction or friction belts (Dutch food-grade conveyor belt) separate one sheet at a time and drop it onto the downstream conveyor or rail. A photo-eye counts each release; counts and speed are set on the integrated 4.5-inch HMI. Operator can switch between continuous (≤700 spm) and intermittent (≤300 spm) modes for register-locked downstream flow. Optional support stand, take-off conveyor, take-off mechanism, and refill conveyor extend the machine into a full insert-dispensing cell.
