SED-CGP — New Model

Bottles arriving on the conveyor are gripped by adjustable side belts (clamp belts) and indexed under the cap-placement station. Caps are auto-oriented in the cap manager (vibratory bowl) and dropped onto each passing bottle. As the clamped bottle moves through the three rotating capping wheels (slanted), each wheel rolls / friction-screws the cap onto the bottle thread; the third-generation design with auto-flare on wheel angle adapts to cap diameter, applying enough torque to seal without crushing. A sensor downstream detects the cap presence (no-cap stop / cap-present start) and an inline metal detector flags any contaminated bottle. VFD drives on bottle clamp, capping wheels, and conveyor independently allow operator to dial in throughput.
