Semi-automatic flat / partial-arc surface labeling machine. Foot-pedal triggered: operator places product, foot pedal sends signal to PLC, machine peels label, sucks it onto a vacuum head, and presses it onto the product

Funktionsweise
Operator steps on the foot pedal to trigger the cycle. PLC starts the traction stepper which advances the label web; the label sensor (Leuze GS-63 or Italian Ortiz SR21-IR) detects the leading edge of each label. As the label peels off the backing at the peel-plate, a vacuum head sucks the label onto its underside; a labeling cylinder presses the head down onto the product. The PLC counts each cycle and stops when the production-target counter is reached.
