Funktionsweise
Capsules are fed via the capsule-feeding assembly into the turning mechanism ; vacuum separation is performed by the internally housed 2BVC-2060 water-ring vacuum pump. Powder or granules are metered via the stepless variable-frequency filling tray. The horizontally-mounted locking mechanism then locks the capsule in a vertical orientation,reducing misalignment and scuffing versus conventional locking approaches. Three independent motors drive the respective main mechanisms; PLC coordination (optional touchscreen custom version) controls the operational sequence.
