SED-9SD-A — Multi-Material Automatic Counting Machine

Products are loaded into the elevator hopper and conveyed through multi-stage vibratory feeders (each stage independently speed-adjustable) that arrange materials into a continuous single-file queue sliding toward the discharge outlet. Items fall one-by-one into the counting zone, where far-infrared dynamic scanning sensors output signals to a high-speed MCU; electronic and mechanical elements cooperate to count and dispense. A photoelectric sensor at the discharge outlet detects the counted batch, triggers the gate/flap to switch, signals the downstream packaging machine, and then switches to fill the next package. Each of the 3 materials occupies its own 3 channels, with all 3 materials counted simultaneously and outputs coordinated.
