Funktionsweise
Film is unwound and positioned via a color-mark sensor and film-tension damping mechanism, then formed into 6-lane tube bags through a collar former. Each lane's bag length is independently controlled by a PLC-driven servo motor — adjustable digitally on the HMI, requiring only 3 bags to complete a changeover. Material is delivered by vacuum feeder into a volumetric cup dosing system feeding 6 lanes. Longitudinal seals are formed by mold assemblies with a rapid-change design; cross-seals use a simple, reliable structure for easy maintenance. Sealing temperature is automatically controlled to ±3 °C. Film tracking straightness and tension are maintained by the damping mechanism.
