Funktionsweise
Independent servo motors driven by PLC control the bag length. Material is conveyed by a vacuum loader to four independent measuring cups (each lane's fill volume individually adjustable) and drops into four composite-film bag tubes formed by the bag-forming station. A ring-type edge-seal structure provides stable longitudinal sealing; cross-sealing uses a high-temperature silicone pad + gilded plate with automatic temperature control (±1°C). A colour-mark sensor and film-travel damping mechanism ensure film straightness and tension. A die-cutting tool with automatic guiding cuts the finished sachets. The control system comprises Siemens PLC + touchscreen, Mitsubishi servo drives, Omron photoelectric sensors, Schneider electric components, and AirTAC pneumatics.
