Funktionsweise

After power-on, electrothermal heaters in the upper and lower heating blocks rapidly reach the temperature-controller setpoint. The bag opening is fed between two sealing belts that pass through a heated zone (heating blocks) where the film fuses, then through a pressing/cooling zone that sets the seal. A stepless variable-speed reduction-gearbox motor drives the belts; conveyor loading capacity is up to 5 kg.

Stop and let the machine cool before cleaning sealing belts and heating blocks; remove film/dirt buildup. Set temperature to zero and run cooling fan with belts moving until heating block cools below ~80°C before powering off.
