SED-9-9-4SXGF-R — 3-in-1 Rinse-Fill-Cap Monoblock for 5L PET Bottles

Empty PET bottles enter the monoblock and are gripped at the neck by 304 SS clamps lined with plastic pads. Each station rotates: (1) 9 spray-injection rinsing heads spray the inverted bottle for 4–6 s, drained by a 304 SS rinse pump; (2) 9 fine-tune gravity filling valves dispense filtered water at ambient temperature; (3) 4 magnetic-torque capping heads pick caps from the SED-ZTSJ-R waterfall feeder and screw them down with overload protection (no closure damage). Sealed bottles exit on the 304 SS conveyor and travel to the SED-THJ-R handle-press where stacked HDPE carry-handles are sliced one-at-a-time by a high-speed cutter and press-fitted onto the bottle neck.
