SED-8ZXC-G — Side Push

Cartoned products from the upstream line stack at the input station and are pushed laterally into open cases by a stainless-steel ram-head driven by AirTAC pneumatic cylinders. The dual-servo manipulator (Schneider LXM28 servo drives + BCH2 servo motors with imported linear guides) uses a German Becker rotary-vane oil-free vacuum pump to handle product pick-and-place. Open cases arrive from the SED-6KXJ-G case erector via roller conveyor. Photoelectric sensors at every workstation verify carton presence, stack height, case position, and tape integrity. Filled cases exit via roller conveyor to the SED-720FXJ-G top sealer where flaps are folded and tape-sealed (≥5 cases/min, 100% sealing-rate target). Schneider 3-color stack light signals line status. Quick changeover via self-locking handles, levers, and hand-wheels.
