Funktionsweise
Vapor-compression refrigeration cycle. Twin scroll compressors draw low-pressure refrigerant gas from the evaporator, compress to high-pressure gas, and send it to an air-cooled finned condenser. Condensate liquid passes through an external-balance thermal expansion valve and re-enters the evaporator coil submerged in the stainless-steel water tank. Chilled water is recirculated by a SUS304 centrifugal pump. Microprocessor adjusts compressor staging based on real-time load to optimize energy consumption.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Vapor-compression refrigeration cycle.
2Twin scroll compressors draw low-pressure refrigerant gas from the evaporator, compress to high-pressure gas, and send it to an air-cooled finned condenser.
3Condensate liquid passes through an external-balance thermal expansion valve and re-enters the evaporator coil submerged in the stainless-steel water tank.
4Chilled water is recirculated by a SUS304 centrifugal pump.
