SED-8FZG-A — SED-8FZG-A Series

Vacuum drying places raw material under vacuum state for heating and drying. By using a vacuum pump to evacuate air and moisture, the boiling point of the raw material decreases — raising evaporation efficiency. Heat is supplied via low-pressure steam or surplus-heat steam through internal heating tubes/shelves. Because the dryer is static, the shape of raw material is preserved. An optional condenser allows recovery of solvents evaporated from the material; alternatively, an SK-series water-ring vacuum pump can replace the condenser to reduce investment.
