Funktionsweise

Transmitted-light brightfield microscopy: halogen illuminator (6V/20W, AC 85–230V) passes light through Abbe condenser (N.A. 1.25 with variable iris) and specimen on the mechanical stage; light is collected by plan-achromatic objective and routed through the trinocular head (hinged, IPD 55–75 mm) to both eyepieces and the camera port. Coaxial focusing system with limit stop prevents objective-specimen collision. Quad-hole nosepiece provides rapid objective switching. Optional USB/HDMI/VGA imaging adapters allow photomicrography, video, measurement (0.001 μm precision), image stitching, and automated cell/point counting.
