Funktionsweise
Sugar/syrup is dissolved in a 300L jacketed dissolving tank (steam heating, 100 kg/h @0.5 MPa, 0.75 kW mixer). Cooked syrup transfers to a 200L jacketed mixing tank (1.5 kW mixer) and 200L jacketed storage tank, served by a 4 kW vacuum pump and 0.75 kW VFD-driven jacketed transfer pump. Gelatin/pectin is melted in a 300L jacketed tank (0.75 kW motor, high-speed mixer with auto-flow metering). Two inline color/flavor dynamic mixers with 4 dosing pumps and 4×10L flavor tanks inject additives. Double-color servo depositor (2×1.5 kW + 1 kW tracking servo) fills molds on a 5HP/3.75 kW cooling tunnel (MT64 compressor). Chain-type + brush demolding releases candies; a pneumatic oil sprayer prevents sticking.
