SED-80PTZG — Automatic Effervescent Tablets Paper Wrapping & Tube Filling Machine

Tubes loaded into the hopper are unscrambled and conveyed via chute to the filling station. Caps and tablets are vibratory-fed; a sieving unit removes loose powder and broken tablets so only qualified tablets enter the sliding track. The track stacks tablets in the recipe count; the wrapping station feeds and cuts laminated paper to wrap the stack into a paper roll. A horizontal pusher inserts the wrapped roll into the waiting tube; the cap-press station detects tube+tablet presence, places a cap and presses. Empty/incomplete tubes are auto-rejected.
