Funktionsweise
Powder is conveyed by a vertical screw (anti-bridging stirring rod, hollow blades for venting) into a horizontal twin-screw feeder with vacuum exhaust to remove micro-air-pockets, then compressed by water-cooled compaction rolls into a ribbon. The ribbon is broken by a one-piece breaker knife and sized by a U-frame oscillating granulator with replaceable sieves. Cooling-water negative-pressure circulation keeps material below 40 °C; multi-stage seals with revealed-shaft structure prevent material/bearing cross-contamination.
