Funktionsweise
The electrical system controls the hydraulic pump to supply oil to the main cylinder and ejection cylinder. The main cylinder drives the slide block along four columns (guide pillars) in an up-down motion, pressing powder in multi-cavity dies mounted on the slide block; pressure holding forms the tablet. The secondary cylinder handles material feeding; the ejection cylinder ejects the finished tablet. A dual-pump hydraulic supply system combined with a PLC and touchscreen enables automatic cycle control and adjustment of pressure, speed, and stroke.
Prozessbeschreibung
