Funktionsweise
Once the drum reaches rated speed, the feed valve opens and material enters through the feed pipe, distributing evenly across the drum wall inner surface. Liquid passes through the filter cloth and exits via the drain pipe; solids are retained in the drum. When charge level reaches capacity, the feed valve closes and high-speed separation continues. After dewatering is complete, speed drops to 15–25 rpm; the hydraulic scraper system rotates and traverses to scrape material from the drum wall, discharging solids through the bottom outlet of the drum for collection.
