Funktionsweise
Filled capsules are precisely oriented and aligned by patented infeed system, then conveyed via a reciprocating link-plate mechanism through a two-pass glue application station where water-soluble or non-water-soluble sealing material is applied around the capsule joint. Glue is heated in a pneumatically clutched, asbestos-insulated glue tank monitored by a high-sensitivity sensor (water-soluble glue at 30–40°C). Sealed capsules pass through a fully enclosed chamber for low-temperature drying before discharge. Delta PLC + HMI touchscreen sequences the entire process.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Filled capsules are precisely oriented and aligned by patented infeed system, then conveyed via a reciprocating link-plate mechanism through a two-pass glue application station where water-soluble or non-water-soluble sealing material is applied around the capsule joint.
