Funktionsweise

Drum rotates clockwise (0–32 r/min) under VFD control with adjustable tilt 15–45°. High-atomization spray gun sprays coating liquid onto tumbling tablets; a 200 W draft fan plus electric heating (4 kW total) dries the film. Liquid tank uses a peristaltic pump (0.34–870 mL/min, silicone tube 24#) plus dual two-position three-way solenoid valve to feed two spray guns simultaneously. Pneumatic agitator keeps coating solution uniform. Working air pressure 0.4–0.8 MPa; spray distance 120–180 mm.

Reinigung und Wartung

After each shift: wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel; clean material cylinder with towel then 75% industrial alcohol. After every run: rinse spray gun, liquid cylinder, and pipes with distilled water and/or ethanol. Pre-production: wipe outer surface and interior; sanitize cylinder with 75% industrial alcohol. When machine stops: remove rotating drum for brushing and clear residual powder. Reduce speed before rinsing spray gun to prevent blockage.
