Funktionsweise
Tablets/pills/candies are tumbled in a 316SS coating drum (1560 mm diameter) at 1-5 rpm driven by an explosion-proof variable-frequency motor. Filtered hot air (three-stage HEPA filtration to Class 100k cleanroom grade, 0.5 μm) is drawn directly from outdoors, heated (steam or electric heat exchanger, >0°C to 80°C, ±1°C), and supplied through the drum perforations. Seven Iwata WA-101 spray guns atomize coating liquid delivered by a BT-600 peristaltic pump from a 200 L heated insulated stirring tank. The dust exhaust fan (11 kW, 15450 m³/h) with mechanical shaking bag filter (95% efficiency) expels exhaust directly outdoors. The coating chamber operates under negative pressure (>15 Pa) to prevent dust escape.
