Funktionsweise
PLC-controlled four-station automatic turntable (Ø1200 mm, Taibang motor + Shandong Foksen indexer) delivers workpieces sequentially to the HF welding station. Oscillation tube 7T69RB generates 27.12 MHz HF energy through a coaxial resonance circuit, applied to upper and lower welding platens (400×300 mm). Pneumatic cylinder (stroke 150 mm) applies adjustable pressure 50–500 kg. Delay, weld, and cool times each independently adjustable from 0.01 to 99 seconds. High-sensitivity spark protection circuit protects molds.
